Amanda Bynes is waging war with Twitter and Instagram … accusing the social media giants of allowing impersonator accounts to claim she’s too broke to buy her meds and needs fans to wire her money.

Amanda’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, tells TMZ … she’s sent multiple legal letters demanding Twitter shut down “@persianLA27” and Instagram remove “@alb4386” because they impersonate Amanda … telling fans she’s short on money and friends refuse to help her.

The accounts are private but we’ve obtained a screen shot of a recent IG post claiming she’s $63 short from buying meds and begs fans to Venmo her the dough.

The fake Twitter account — with more than 24k followers — had numerous replies from fans saying “Amanda” deserves to get money that’s owed to her “especially if it’s court-ordered.”

Tamar says they’ve been fighting Twitter now for years to remove the account … Amanda’s verified account posted in 2016 telling her followers not to believe the impostors, and then again last year, calling out the fake account for saying she’s pregnant and married.

What’s more … Tamar — who thinks the same person’s behind both accounts — claims Twitter told her the account’s a parody and therefore doesn’t violate rules. She claims IG told her it doesn’t violate their policy and offered no further explanation.

For the record — Tamar says Amanda’s financially well, thriving in fashion school and in a much better place following her 2014 health scare.

We’ve reached out to Twitter, Instagram and Venmo for comment … so far no word back.

Blonsky — who will return to theaters this year alongside Burt Reynolds and Ariel Winter in director Adam Rifkin’s upcoming drama “Dog Years” — told TooFab Zac Efron was “always late” to set, John Travolta remains her “guardian angel,” and Amanda [Bynes] is still a “great friend.”

Do you still talk to Amanda Bynes?
Yeah, she’s so cool. She’s such a great friend. Another beautiful relationship I got from the movie. She’s doing well. She’s getting ready to start acting. She was one of my favorite actors growing up, and I just can’t wait to see her on the screen again.

Amanda Bynes has made such healthy strides over the last year that a judge has allowed her to regain control of her personal finances, PEOPLE has exclusively learned.

After nearly three years of her mother Lynn acting as the conservator over both her personal and financial affairs, the once-troubled actress, 31, was deemed fit to handle the latter by the courts in March.

“Because Amanda was doing much better, in October 2016, after providing a detailed accounting of the estate and accounting for every expenditure and receipt, Lynn petitioned the court to terminate the conservatorship of the estate,” her conservatorship attorney Nyree Kolanjian tells PEOPLE.

“Then after several hearings and detailed presentations to the judge regarding her progress and plans moving forward, the court approved the petition and handed control over her estate back to Amanda and her parents to handle privately outside of the courts.”

While Lynn remains conservator over her “person”, which includes health and medical decision-making, the courts are no longer involved in the financial realm.

“The court felt, based on Amanda’s progress and her great relationship with her parents, there was no longer a need for court supervision of Amanda’s money and she and her family can handle her financial affairs privately,” Kolanjian says.

“This was a first step in the right direction. Amanda’s doing fantastic.”

After grappling with personal mental health issues and a string of brushes with the law — including two hit and run charges in 2012 and two DUI arrests — Bynes mostly retreated from the spotlight. Over the last four years, she’s focused on personal healing, repairing her once-strained relationship with her parents, as was well as her studies at fashion and design school.

On Friday, Bynes opened up to Hollyscoop’s Diana Madison in an interview (her first in four years) and revealed that she’s three years sober and plans to return to acting.

“I want to do TV, maybe a few guest spots on some shows that I’m a fan of and maybe another TV show that I’m the star of it,” she said.

Bynes’ last acting credit was in 2010’s Easy A with Emma Stone. She was previously the star of sitcom What I Like About You from 2002-2006, and The Amanda Show from 1999-2002.

As Bynes looks forward to her next chapter, those in her circle are encouraged.

“Her parents are thrilled with Amanda’s progress and how well she’s been doing,” says Kolanjian.

“They have a great relationship and have a lot of faith in Amanda.”

Would this be the most unlikely comeback of all time?

We’re told that TV insiders are trying to get Amanda Bynes back on Nickelodeon — the network that launched her career as a child star, before her massive public breakdown.

A source said producers have been “trying to reach” Bynes — who recently completed a second year at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Orange County — to come up with an idea for a new show with her.

We’re told the hope is that they could find a way to “work with her again in a positive and healthy way. She has a tremendous amount of talent.”

Bynes landed a role on the kids network at the age of 10 in “All That” and later starred in “The Amanda Show” from 1999 to 2002.

In 2012, Bynes got a DUI, which seemed to set off a downward spiral that involved unhinged Twitter sprees and ended with a psychiatric hold in 2014.

A healthier Bynes returned to the public eye in 2015 at an LA red carpet.

A Nickelodeon rep didn’t comment, but a source said, “We love Amanda, but it’s not true.”

Amanda Bynes has a HUGE reason to celebrate this weekend … we’ve learned she’s finally off probation.

Amanda’s lawyer tells TMZ … the actress’ probation for her 2014 DUI case ended Friday. You’ll recall she was busted for driving under the influence of Adderall.

We’re told life is good for Amanda right now. She’s still attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and is currently working on a fashion line she plans to debut later this year.

Move over, Britney … there’s another great comeback.

Amanda Bynes won’t be part of Nickelodeon’s “All That” reunion — she wasn’t even invited.

Sources close to Bynes tell us she found out about the reunion when a trailer was released online … she never got a heads up from producers.

Bynes got her start on the ’90s sketch comedy series, and went on to star in her own Nickelodeon show, “The Amanda Show,” a few years later.

Amanda tells friends she would’ve declined the offer anyway, because her focus these days is fashion, not acting.
As we reported, the “All That” reunion won’t feature new material. Instead it will be a lot of reminiscing with “All That” alums Kenan Thompson, Kel Mitchell, Danny Tamberelli, Lori Beth Denberg and Josh Server.

Maybe producers just asked Ashley by mistake …
